Total money lost $300

Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

I was contacted by a representative explaining that they represented the department of education. They said they were able to help me with reducing my federal student loan. They talked about the lawsuit with Navient and that my school as part of that. After explaining the procedure (they would stop my payments from Fedloan) they sent me a document to sign. The representative asked for 3 payments of $300.00 each. The first payment being taken out that day. I was also transferred to a supervisor to verify my information. I called them the next day, as I had a question because they had not stopped my payment to Fedloan. They explained that the payment may have already been taken out before they were able to get it stopped.

These people are very fast talking and don’t listen to your questions very well. They make it sound very professional, using buzz words making you think they really are representing a valid company.

Pay 4 payments of $100.00 to have your loans forgiven with the current holder and transferred to the Dept of Education where you would then qualify under the William Ford Act and you’ll pay $0.00 as long as you work for a hospital and claim the correct number of dependents.

Was called to ask how much I owe in student loans and told me he can get them forgiven! Sent me a video of Obama speaking of loan forgiveness! Called me from a number in which I was suspicious of since he told me his name was Lamont Lloyd and on caller ID it came up Javier Sandoval
