I receive ROBO calls from them every day! The robocalls come from several different "spoofed" local phone numbers but they leave this 202 phone number to call them back. This is how they get away with claiming "we never called this person" when you file a complaint against them. They may have not called from this phone number but they did call, several times, and wont stop, from these "spoofed" numbers! They claim they will help me file for forgiveness or reduction in rate for my student loan. I have never HAD a student loan! I explain that, I also explain that I am on the do not call list, and i ask them stop calling but they never stop! HOW IN THE WORLD CAN YOU LET SCAMMERS LIKE THIS STAY IN BUSINESS? One time I called back, pretending to go along with the scam, and I got one of the agents (scammers) to give me his cell phone number: 949-799-0258. i get a recording and i leave messages to tell him to take my name off their list- i dont have a student loan, but the calls keep coming.

I receive multiple calls from them with a 602-373 prefix. They change the outbound # each time. I called back and the outbound number is being masked with other legit people’s cell #. Please find and get rid of these scammers

Spoofed New Hampshire phone numbers call my cell phone 3 to 6 times a day. there is no website, no contact information, and no way for me to stop these harassing phone calls. A recorded message from someone named "Emily" is presented as a live person making a call. There is no way to be removed from this list. The recording asks simple yes and no questions.

I have received numerous phone calls (always from a different number), claiming to be a company focusing on student loan forgiveness. The callers always have an Indian accent, but sometimes the calls begin with an American-voiced recording. When you talk to the representative, they claim to have connections with the DOE. And if you inquire, the only charge a "small fee" to help get your loans forgiven. I couldn’t fully understand what they were requesting, but I did take away that my "first three payments" will be $235 each. And all payments must be made through a pre-paid card.
