Received a voice message. Person stated that they are "Jennifer Michael’s Agent/ID 5251". Stated that Navient is in a Lawsuit with the Federal Government and I my student Loan has been accepted into the lawsuit. I "haven’t submitted by application, but can call back with a validation code to have up to 90% of loan forgiven." I spoke with three different people because each person I spoke with hung up on me when I asked for their company’s identifying information and email address.

I also did a reverse look-up of the two phone numbers I received (one from the caller who left the voice mail: 469-649-5338/Plano, TX and the number I was asked to call: 888-242-9948/Mobile Phone number).

This has all the distinctive signs on a predatory scam of people with student loans.

Question: After reading so many complaints on this website, why isn’t anything done about this "company"?
