I did a training for this company in Phoenix at the end of September. When I spoke with the regional manager after the training he said I would be paid by the 15th of October. To this day, I have not been paid by them. They do not answer the phones or respond to voicemails, can’t give me any update, and only very seldomly respond to my email inquiries. Their email responses provide no action steps to resolve the situation.

I have sent them a demand letter and they made up something about how I violated some rules in our agreement. However, like most of their communications they cannot tell me specifically what rules I violated, because the fact is I have not violated any. They made up something about how my initial invoice had bounced because it had incorrect bank information about my account, but when I visited the bank and double checked the information, the bank verified with me that it was correct.

I am not going to attach anything below, but have plenty of documentation supporting their communications with me, my invoice, our agreement, and even the latest which is a small claims case I have made against them. However, when the process server in Dallas went to the address they listed on their facebook page in Dallas, they said it was inaccurate because it is actually where Texas Instruments is located. Now I notice they have listed a Las Vegas address, 304 S. Jones Blvd. #2014 Las Vegas, NV. I did some online research and have some contact information for them overseas. I have written a summary of my experience with them on Yelp and Glassdoor. Like I said, I have supportive documentation I can share if needed. Please advise me on my next steps. Thank you.
