Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

On Oct.10, 2018 I was contacted by a man claiming to be from the ScamPulse.com in Massachusetts & his name was supposedly Steve Harvey. He claimed I he had a pkg that had an arrest sustem for me for 5 months. I told him I never was in Massachusets & never been in trouble. He proceeded to tell me it was from a website I won $50.00 from called Freebie Mom. He said I had to pay taxes on it & that if not I would be arrested. He said that I had to pay a $400.00 tax on it. I told him I don’t have $400.00 to pay can I talk to someone about this? He said yes you will have to pay a CIA agent I thought that was strange, but ok, so anyway he says well tell you what if you pay me $150.00 I will wipe it clean, you won’t owe anymore. Thats when I said, oh well I want the number but I never got it. So he told me that I supposedly

exited the "company" & that wasn’t the way it works. If i called the police it wouldnt help because he works for the ScamPulse.com & we don’t play with our companies money

Said he knew my address, that I was having a lawsuit filed against me & nothing i could do about it because they have documents of me getting cash at Walmart. Company clearly stated that i ditch them immediately after I received $50.00, Which i never did no such thing. Said it took them 3wks to track me down & they have CIA agents watching me & know where I live. So I just need to comply. Also that he did background research on me & got the file from the FBI! Strange because I have no FBI file, i have never been in trouble. Oct.11,so called Steve Harvey messaged me on my phone & wants to know why i didnt get back to him I told him I called my lawyer ( no I didnt). I received messeges via my phone & cannot attach them.
