Type of a scam Online Purchase

SpecialZoneFit is selling a special infrared thermometer on the internet through their fake website. My mom purchased one and when she received her order details through email, she was told to download an app to view shipping details. After downloading the app, it says that order has been shipped but doesn’t provide a tracking number. I found the business page on Facebook and saw that others have purchased this thermometer but said they didn’t receive the product either. After looking at the details, the page was created in early April by someone in Italy. So this business is taking advantage of folks during Covid-19. Also note that the website domain for the company does not include a www. but is https://SpecialZoneFit.com.
