Scammers called to say I was going to be served and summoned to court by Bank of America to repay over draft and court fees. If I were to pay them it would eliminate me being served in a court case. All a scam! I never used Bank of America nor owe any fees. These [censored] need to be taken down before people get taken advantage of! Others reported the same thing happening to them.
