Type of a scam Debt Collections

Called from a private number. Asked if I would be ready for court in the next 6 hours. When I said no, they said I have pending legal charges gave me the phone number listed above and a reference number to call. Was very aggressive about me calling right away. Once I called they answer the phone as "corporate office." Said they couldn’t give me an email or any other information except that the company name is S&P group. They called my Mother and Father about this, gave them two different stories. They called again today, said they were going to serve me papers. Still waiting. Never showed up.
