I worked for a company called SORS Media LLC for two months. They call themselves a Talent Management company. They would use Indeed to find people that are trying to move their careers in the entertainment industry and try to get them to sign with them. The company that is run by a guy named Matthew Gerber, tries to tell talent that they can help them advance their careers. However, the company tells the talent very little about their company and their business operations. SORS Media LLC doesn’t even have a website that is fully built for their business. I wanted to let people know that the company is a scam since they don’t have a license to be a Talent Management company and they actively try to get the talent paying gigs without being registered or certified as a talent agent. They use outside talent agency companies to sign the talent up for paying gigs. They would recruit people from all over the world to be virtual talent managers with no experience.
