They Got Their Contact Detail,Email , And The Amount That How Much They Paid And Then They Dial The No. Stating That They Are Calling From Tech Support And We Are Receiving So many Error And Warning From Your Network Could You Please Get In Front Of Computer And Once they Get In Front Of Computer They Share The Screen And Show Them Event Viewer And CMD And Run Directory (Dir) In CMD. Then They Pitch Them For 1 year ,2 Year , 3 Year And Lifetime And Also They Charge Them Only With E-check (Because With E-check They Get Money In Account Within Next 7 Days. And After That Customer Is Not Able To Ask For Charge Back And Refund . Please Help Those Guys Who Already Got Scammed With Them And Help Them To Get Their Money Back. These People Dont Know Anything Else They Only Know That How To Scam . These Guys Work From India And They Call All the Existing Customer Or You can Say That They Are Doing Cold Calling.

I was called and told I had no internet security. I thought it was an other company I had been involved with. I was talked into buying a 2year program. I paid by check $338.00. I told my son about it and he told me I had been scamed so I stopped payment on it. since then I have been harassed by phone calls ( messages ) and strange things happening to my computersuch as loss of my access to my Internet(I found away around that) also things happening to my bank account. no loss of funds.Company registered as Kevin Technocrats LLC. These Guys Make Outbound Call To The Systweak Customer (The Phone Support) Tell Them That They Are Calling From Your Computer Technical Support And Customer Think That Thats Their Support Provider Person. And Show The eventviewer , use Directory command in cmd and show koobface .
