On 12/6 I ordered a "free trial" of skin cream from Skin Scientific for $4.99. I received a sample of eye cream and face cream. Two weeks later 2 charges were debited from my bank account in the amounts of $89.65 and $98.40 which I did not authorize. There was no terms when I ordered this product and along with many others who were scammed by this company I have not been refunded by the company and need these funds credited back to my account asap! I thought I was getting a free sample of Joanna Gaines skin care products. When I signed up to pay for shipping and handling, they started sending the products monthly and charged my credit card. They would not allow any product returns and would not provide any refund.

Company poses as a skin care product under Skin Solutions and Skin Scientific. They offer you a trial product and charge you the trial price plus shipping and handling cost. They try to get you to buy other products with pop-ups, but when you decline then they finally check you out and finalize your purchase. However, they charge your credit card $89. for the product. When you call to inquire about the unauthorized transaction they tell you they can only give you half of a refunded charge. They use intimidating tactics. Furthermore, they give you a PO BOX address to return your trial products which you actually paid for when you contact them. Please note that when they shipped your trial product they give you no bill of sale, receipt, or invoice to contact them. You finally get information from your credit card company, so you can call them to dispute your unauthorized charge.
