$40 in Gift certificates were purchased several prior to Christmas 2018. They had an expiration date of 11/01/2019 – less than 1 year. When I tried to redeem at Christmas this year I was told they expired – I should have seen this date.
I called and left a voicemail at Customer Service at (570-283-2933) on 3 separate occasions starting in early January. I received NO call back.
I emailed [email protected] on 1/20/2020, 02/02/2020 and 03/02/2020 and never received a reply.
I also hold $30 in certificates received this Christmas with an expiration date of 11/01/2020. I was able to redeem one certificate, but several businesses indicate they no longer accept the certificates and at least one business (May Jen), listed in their attached pamphlet, has been closed for over 1 year.
I also hold another $40 of certificates that expire 11/01/2020
