Type of a scam Investment

Management of Signature Advantage Marketing, LLC aka Thrive Business Institute LLC offered me an Amazon Website clone for $399 with tech support and marketing help but later require $5,000 to market it for me, when the site was completed they gave me logon info to the site only, but no access to the cPanel logins which I need, which also makes it hard for me to xfer my website to another "good hosting" company. I have been fighting Thrive Business Institute for months for help to get my site moved and they have tried to hide or close all phone number contacts from me in essence they did not fulfill their duty of helping me get the site marketed. He/they promise me that I would make my money back with the big black Friday sales event that was coming up 11/29/2019 is what enticed me to send my $5,000 money for the marketing. Well black Friday Christmas and the new year has past and I have not made any money on this site due to failure on Thrive Business Institute not following through to help, support me; nor marketing. They will allow me to move my site to a new hosting company who can help me by not giving me cPanel login info. they knew this is why they conveniently didn’t provide that crucial information. They basically have my site held hostage where I cannot move it and operate it. My dilemma was if I am paying them to market my account why didn’t they do just that? I had no coaching and was told to not access until their coach walk me through and train me how to use the site, "that never happened." I link my domain hegiamsales.com per their instruction which they assured me this would be my new website name, but later was told to link a different site call galvinonlineworld.com at Facebook even after linking it, it never produced any sales. So then it’s changed again to the fantasticdeals247.com. 1/14/2020 almost 2 month after Black Friday. So 7 months later I am still out of $5,399 later I still do not have an Amazon Associate business website that I control. I found another senior that they have ripped off around the same amount of money who reported it to the ScamPulse.com as well, they seem to prey of senior citizens.
