Type of a scam Online Purchase

Good day,

Last year December we made a purchase from an online retailed known as sick-dealz.com. We never received the goods purchased and our user account / registered email address has been seemingly removed from their website.

I have been attempting to contact said website via their listed email addresses ([email protected] / [email protected]) and the listed phone numbers (+27 74 339 2316 / +27 61 210 8899) are never answered.

It has now been well over a month with no feedback from anyone involved at this online retailer.

After doing some quick research, it seems that we are not the only victims of this online retailer and that various reports exist, I have listed some links below:

They seem to be using many paid-for Google services, such as product ads via Google’s Merchant Centre and it seems their website is hosted via WebAfrica.

I understand that we will not get our money back, but this website needs to be fully investigated and action needs to be taken to prevent other consumers from falling into the same trap.
