I ordered an item from this store that was advised on Instagram back in April 23rd of this year in June I reached out to the email because I still have not received my order and i couldn’t track it either and I noticed the website was not working. I got an automated email back apologising and saying I will receive an email once my order shipped. Never did so in July I reached out again through the email and someone answer back telling me my order was delivered back on June 12 which was that day I originally reached out because I didn’t received anything yet. I told the representative that I get confirmation of every package that comes to my house through email and the tracking number she provided never came to my house. She refused to refund me my money or even ship a new item even after I sent her pictures of my deliveries on the day in question and days after after she requested proof.
