Back in 3rd/4th quarter of 2018, Shopfini North York Canada displayed and marketed its Canada-based ‘Twisty Pets’ products via Facebook. The offer was buy 6 original pieces and get 12 bracelets free with the commitment to deliver within 8-24 days (timely for me as i intended these to arrive by Christmas given my order was received/paid in Oct 15,2018.). Numerous follow-ups via email was sent to them to follow-up the orders but no replies were made. No telephone contact information was provided either. Christmas came and still no products received nor delivery updates. Upon checking with the local post office to assist me in tracking the order, they mentioned that the tracking number was erroneous and its source is Singapore and not Canada. The new year came, now 2019, Feb 13 (4 months after my purchase) i received a call from the local post office of an arrival of goods from Singapore. The goods were from Shopfini but all FAKE, FAKE, FAKE…6 Fake Twisty Pet blind bags and 12 Twinsty bracelets.

Now, while i received the goods, i consider this purchase total deceit,…selling FAKE products and declaring this as original. I will not fail to mention as well the incompetence in handling customer follow-ups and inadequacy of contact information for customer engagement. So to me, I consider this to have lost my money on this investment.

I hope i get a refund and penalty for this transaction.
