Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased an item from this website and received an email claiming to be "shipping confirmation." The shipping item did not exist in USPS and when i reached out to them via their website, the gmail account they give ([email protected])- i heard nothing back. Only when i reached out to them via Facebook in a public comment, did they respond and claim that they were moving warehouses.
The amount ($34) was taken out of my account and has not been refunded. It has been two months now and i have communicated with 2 more people via Facebook who have had the same experience. This "company" took their money and did not supply any of the items paid for.
About 2 weeks after i placed the order, my bank sent me a new credit card which was most likely due to fraud.
Please investigate this company. They are stealing from people across the country and beyond. Thank you.
