I purchased my items august 30th it’s Now the10th of October that’s a little shy of 2 months I still haven’t heard anything and it’s been almost 2 months nobody’s responded to anything and I cannot get any type of other contact information this is a case where people need to get attorneys in order to collect their money this is Either a scam or they don’t care about their clientele and customers. I will be reporting This to the better Bureau business my Attorney is already aware of this situation and they need to and will be shut down and or Persecuted. My money needs to be returned to me or the item needs to be in my hands. I ordered Chanel black slippers size 7. Ridiculousness.

Wow I ordered the black and white Chanel slippers in August and I never received the slippers, so I guess I have been scammed. I usually read the reviews, but this time I didn’t. Scammers!

I placed an order for the same Louis Vuitton sunglasses and a hoodie in April and the merchandise still hasn’t came. They haven’t given me a tracking number or anything, then they give me the run around on a daily. It says Eco Scooter for the transaction on my statement as well, I am pissed off and feel like the are scamming

SCAM! I ordered two items. The items didn’t ship for over a month; they promised over and over it was set to go out with in days but weeks went by and they kept saying This week it will be out! It finally shipped and arrived, and I only got one item.
I started emailing them with no answer. Then I noticed my “Order number” was no longer returning any information when I look it up on the site. I start posting all over fb and instagram and they dm me right away saying we will look into this tomorrow. Another week passes and they ignore my messages. SO i start posting on instagram again, and then they dm me right away and say they want my phone number ! You dont need my phone number, you need to give me my refund.
Now whenever someone looks up their name on facebook, you can find other posts from people saying they haven’t got their stuff.
Lots of false promises but they just give you the run around and a search shows that I am not the only one, not at all.

I ordered Chanel Jelly sliders on April 29, 2020 and the shipping info says usps is still waiting to receive the item from them. Today is May 14, 2020 and I checked their website and saw they have no contact info. I saw in my confirmation email that I could reply to that email for assistance on my order so I just did but I dont know if they will get back to me. If I dont hear back from them soon im requesting a refund through my bank because they are so far horrible at communicating and I feel like im being scammed at this point.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered this product on February 12 and the company name at that time was "She Wavy LA" they claimed to have Louis Vuitton sunglasses for $67. I purchased them and paid $18.18 for expedited shipping. I contacted the company on February 27 to inquire about my order. I contacted them via Facebook messenger and they asked that I email them — which I did. They told me the product would be updated when it would be shipped. The status was updated to "shipped" with no tracking information. I tried to email and Facebook message the company again and they blocked me on Facebook messenger and have not answered my emails. Their phone number is also fake. When you call it is the phone number for Eco Scooter. I want to warn people of this vendor and I also want my money back in my account.
