The person gets into my computer and plants a "virus". They then call and represent that they work for "Microsoft Technical Support. For a fee, they will fix my my computer. I called the true Microsoft, who fixed the computer for free. They also told us this "company" is NOT affiliated with Microsoft and is a fraud.
