This company uses a number of phone numbers and an automated voice to coerce people into talking to a live rep. I have hung up on the recording many times and blocked numbers. The calls keep coming. Today I agreed to speak to a human who came on the line and identified himself as Preston Thompson. He Said he was calling for Senior Life Alert or something to that effect. When I asked how I could be removed from their calling list he said very simple and hung up on me. I called the number back prepared to tell him what he could do with his mother. Instead I reached a young man. I could tell from the lack of background noise and the voice that I was not talking to the same person. The young man took a minute to understand what I was telling him about his number being used as a front. He was amazed and said he would look into his numbers involvement. The number I have included is another of the many numbers that called me today because I didn’t see the need for the first young man to be harassed. However I have the number if needed by the Bureau.
