Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I sent in tests strips two months ago to this company selltestsstrips.com I sent in 5 boxes one of which could not be payed cause of the experation date. I have been calling at least three times a week,and e-mailed three times asked for a supervisor which I talked to a monica who in turn says she would send it over and they will get in touch another four times no call no e-mails back. monica, is the only person I could ever talk to? Its probably been 6 to 8 weeks since I have sent this in.There is a whole lot of angry people and there is a whole lot of feed back that they said done and commented. I sent the strips to these people cause I read up on that they are really reliable fast on the checks once recieved.
