Type of a scam Online Purchase

I contacted the business via the website that noted pictures of Boston Terrier puppies. Via email we exchanged information (absent payment information). The person communicating requested $600 via a Walmart to Walmart transfer. I searched the website via whois, https://www.lilsantis.com, and noted the contact number is associated with many other scams and reported fraud. Unfortunately, it appears others did not research, paid, and were scammed. Please help put an end to this and forward to the FBI or appropriate agency as it appears to be more widespread and organized crime. Their website is fairly new and a duplicate of several others. Below is the email requesting payment and providing details to pay:

Your delivery address is perfect for the shipping and home delivery of Olivia and now you just have to make payment for us to ship her. . You will have to use Walmart to Walmart services.. Locate the nearest walmart, copy my details and make payment via walmart to walmart and you will be issue a receipt that contains a 9 digits reference number and you take a picture of it and send for me to proceed. My details are below:

Once you make the payment make sure to send us a clear copy of the receipt for our reference. Also make sure the first and last names are spelled correctly so we can proceed accordingly with shipping and delivery.. How soon will you be able to have that completed?
