NO DG Dawia Reels, crap reels. Scam.

I bought a fishing reel with this company. I had to pay shipping. The reel was shipped in a plastic bag and was ruined upon arrival. I contacted Paypal and was given 2 weeks for the item to arrive in China. I wasn’t even notified the time had started. This place is a scam. Avoid at all possibilities. The reel was also fake and not what was advertised. Pretty ticked.

I made a purchase with them, the merchandise was not what I ordered, I put in a claim with PayPal, I was offered a 50% refund.In hindsight I should have taken it, because PayPal wanted me to ship the merchandise back at my expense to China. PayPal already knows it costs $60 to ship to China with a tracking number . So I am out $66 US . Done with buying anything from China.

Im getting a full return but i have to ship the reels back. Itll cost me 30bucks thru usps (i think). Well keep you guys posted.

I purchased two Diawa fishing reels off of a Facebook ad at a very good “CHRISTMAS SPECIAL PRICE”. Not only did It take an extremely long time to get them, but what I received was not even close to being Diawa quality.
After many evasive conversations and me getting PayPal involved, this garbage company told me that it was there advertising company’s “mistake” and they offered me a 20% discount. After four more ridiculous offers I sent the garbage back to them. I’m still waiting for my refund from PayPal, but it will come.
I am attempting to contact Alibaba to inform them of the unethical practices of this company.
The photos included in this review it’s what they are selling as quality daiwa reels.

I did the same damn thing. Really disappointed in Paypal that they were useless in this.

I actually did the same. They sent me some really cheap reels. I also have screenshots of the pngage that no lonnger exists. They actually offered me up to 35%, their customer service email address went by a Ruth Haynes. I have reached out to Paypal and opened a ticket. You should probably do the same to get your full refund.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Fake Product, I order this product almost 6 weeks ago two weeks before Christmas, it just arrived 1/17/2020. promised was (7 to 14 days).

I tried reaching out to them at whatever email I could find on their site and the confirmation email they sent. This is the email I received a response from,Edouard Cloridan [email protected] I tried going through Paypal to get this resolved, they informed me they would open a case this was done on 1/1/2020. after the first week still no package, I email the seller again they said what they had been saying since week one, "It’s in transit". I finally received something on 1/17/2020, which was in no way looks like the item I ordered. I have been requesting a refund and no response. Went to their FB page, since I saw the Ad there and found that others had a problem the same as myself, the products was a scam, look nothing thing like the Ad. They are not worth your money, really scammers. niceshopping.us.
