Type of a scam Tech Support

The company is clearly misrepresenting itself as being directly associated with Amazon and Facebook and likely others. California address but clearly based overseas, likely India. Tried to convince my mother that service was needed to remove ransomware that had nothing to do with the issue of how she talked to them in the first place. On my follow-up call to investigate they claimed to be working as part of Amazon which was 100% false.
