Online ordering takes our money using credit card verified through paypal

But order never received.paid also for expedited 5-7 days ordering.

They have taken out money from my account.

After they requested confidential information (passport, DL, credit cards etc.) copies to be sent to them.

This was not in their ad. I requested to cancel order and refund, I do not want to give confidential info.

No refund given until now. My order#M1511081640511374. I ordered 13 items.

None ever came.They closed my complaint ticket without refunding my money.
