I ordered a necklace on 1/30/19 using a code that gave me the necklace for free, just pay shipping. However, I have had no news about the item shipping (it says prepared for shipping on their website). I contacted the store twice, with no answer. I then contacted the Instagram user who gave the code, and she said that she was never paid by the store (even though they had agreed on paying her for giving the code) and she had tried contacting them multiple times with no response.
