Type of a scam Phishing

I received an email from what appears to be RBC, until you actually look at the email which is out of the UK.Obvioulsy a scam, this same email said I owed them Money but for a vet clinic. Email is below

Esteemed Customer,

We have updated our database and online user agreement that will go into effect on Monday, November 27, 2017. We have limited your access to our online services due to the changes in our new policy. We understand how frustrating this might be and we strongly apologize for the inconvenience. Update your account today for upgrade.

Up date account here (this is a link in the email)

All accounts not updated before Monday, November 27, 2017 will not be able to use any of our online services.

Thank you for being our customer.
