This company is an online clothing and what is purchased is not what is being sent. You cannot reach any customer service representative and after complaining they will not let you back on the website to return items. I ordered 4 sweaters. It took 2 months to receive the items and all four of the items were smoothed into a quart size baggy and sent from China. Pictures are included.
