I had the same issue. First it took 3 months to receive, and then the item I received was nothing like I had ordered. When I filed the claim with PayPal I was told I had to return the boots in order to receive a refund, however it will cost me as much as the boots to send it back. Pay Pal was no help, as they said insisted the item had to be returned first. The company gave me their return address but not authorization to send them back. Postage to send back is more than they are worth, Going through PayPal offered absolutely no assurance either. Considering they state that this retailer is verified through them. So I lose either way. The company is a scam and it looks as though they took us all for a ride.After reaching out to them and sending the pictures of the product I ordered and the product I received, this is the response that I got:

Just checked the order detail. Please be noticed that quality and appearance of product are always based on the real one you received. Hope to have your understand.
According to pictures, product seems good, could you check if it fits you well? Would you agree to hold the package?

Postage to send back is more than they are worth, Going through PayPal offered absolutely no assurance either. They stated that they have a policy that neither the buyer or the seller can have both the product and the money, even though it is clearly evident that the product this company sent isn’t worth anything. PayPal states that this is a verified retailer through them too. So I lose either way. The company is a scam and it looks as though they took us all for a ride. I have attached two pictures; the top one is what they sent me and the bottom one is what they said they were sending.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Rollychic.com was advertising women’s cowboy punk boots of various colors (value approx. $180 but on sale for different % off depending on when you ordered) for sale on Facebook. Many of us ordered (I know this because I was able to start a group for those of us scammed) and received fake plastic or vinyl knock off versions of the boot we ordered.

The boots are terrible and not as described. Also, I paid via my PayPal balance and PayPal insists I return the boots to China if I want my refund (which a rep said PayPal is holding). But shipping these counterfeit boots back to China may cost me between $31 and maybe $60 or so dollars I believe, because I need tracking with the order! PayPal will refund me up to $30 in shipping if I show proof and follow their steps and the boots arrive back…but what if the boots don’t? The boots should go in the trash. They are not worth shipping back to China.

I believe the advertisement did NOT say the boots were coming from China. If it had, I probably would not have bothered ordering.
