Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

I was contacted by this person who claimed he needed mystery shoppers for the Kroger and Walmart stores. I was sent a cashiers check for $2,850.42 and instructed to deposit this check in my account. I was then told to evaluate the stores and employees. I was then instructed to send a moneygram and a western union transfer in the sum of $2400.
