A person saying that he was my grandson called saying that he was in New York City and that he was distracted while texting and hit a pregnant woman who almost lost her baby and he was in jail. He stated his attorney was Robert Fritz. However, I did not think I had any grandsons in NYC. I reached out to my grandchildren’s mothers and grandmothers and they said he is not in NYC. I then received a call from a Robert Fritz who hadheavy Hispanic Accent, I asked him where he went to Law School and I did not recognize the name. He stated they needed "bond money". I am a retired Judge the language that was used and the offense is was not adding up. the case report number 01K1418
