The company of Robert Bates Mediation Services called me and left a voicemail regarding a mediation that is mandatory. After I called back and spoke with a Melissa Williams, who knew all too much about how to get a PayDay Loan, where to get them, and extremely unprofessional. She alerted me that "someone" had my last 4 SSN, my OLD email, my OLD address, my OLD phone number, and an OLD job that I had. Not only is this an impossible claim, it makes no sense. She wouldn’t provide me with any other information. She just told me that I have to contact my attorney or pay a mediation out-of-court settlement fee. Assumingly, nobody wants to pay for an attorney so instead they cough up the money for the settlement without looking into this company. They need to be stopped. I’m not the first person this has happened to.

Please advise and provide me with further information regarding this claim.
