A young man showed up to my neighbors rural property and told him he had some leftover asphalt from a big job and he would put down tar & chip for $1.60 per s/f. They did not do only what neighbor asked but more shoddy work and charged him a total of $11,000.00 and unfortunately he made the check out to the young man. They then offered to do some work for me under the name of Road Master Tar & Chip supposedly out of Kennesaw, GA. They also did more than I asked for and then threatened me if I didn’t pay them. Please beware of these scam artists.
