Type of a scam Utility

It has been 8 months since I had working internet. I pay for a 20 Mbps download plan. I get 0-3 Mbps. Usually it’s no connection. I call and they make up excuses for why it’s not working. I have called many times but it’s a different excuse why it’s not working every time. I believe they are stealing my money and not giving me the service they advertise and what I pay for. This company is a scam and I don’t believe that they are providing the service that I am paying for. My complaints are never heard and they just turn away and don’t care. I can’t get In contact with anyone who cares. Their tech support offers nothing and just make up lies about what’s wrong. I pay for a service that I do not get.
