I was scammed too. I placed my order the same time sound April. After not hearing back in 2 weeks I submitted a complaint through Federal Trade Commission (FTC) site and also with my bank. Luckily, I was able to get my money back through my bank right away. Hopefully Snapchat one day owns up to the advertisers they post.

I ordered mine for my mom and I in April 2020 (order #8631) and never received mine either.. I’ve emailed them and haven’t received any responses. Upon looking up there website, this is what i find and now i want my money back instead. They say they’ve shipped but it’s been MONTHS!

I ordered a large wristlet…I never recived it I tried contacting the shop but the page said it was an error… now if they were shut down due to COVID19 the polite thing to do would have been to send us an email and a 100% refund!

Does anyone know how to get your money back? I ordered this in April and have contacted them 3 times with no response.

I ordered two Self defense Keychains on April 10th and had actually forgotten i ordered it till i checked my Shop app to track another order. When I attempted to reached out (twice) to see when they would ship I never got a response and I cant dispute it with my bank because its been so long.

In March of this year, I ordered 2 of their self defense wristlets for my sister and me. They never came and I’ve sent them several emails. Of course, they never contacted me back. If somebody had any information on what to do and how to get my money back, please let me know.

Attempted to buy self-defense keychain contacted seller After never receiving an email or text with tracking information or confirmation. After I sent the first email the website was shut down.

This place is a scam don’t buy anything from them they don’t send you what you purchase and they won’t give you a refund. i’m in the process of suing RICCH DESIGNS

I ordered a defense key chain April 9th and it was never received. I have made several attempts to contact the sellers, but was never contacted back. It was advertised on Snapchat when I saw it. However it was obviously fake and I wasted 16 dollars on nothing.

I ordered a face mask with glitter for $9.99 on March 17, 2020 from this company and never received my purchase. My daughter who told me about your site also has ordered one and still has not received it. I want my money back and so does my daughter!
