Type of a scam Rental
This person initially posted a for rent ad on CraigsList. I responded via email with a phone number and he responded via email and text.
I got the text first and didn’t recognize the address to googled it and found multiple posts for this property at a higher monthly rate via Trulia and Zillow with different contact info. I have flagged this as via CraigsList and reached out to the contact on the other site.
The person claims to have recently left the state and needs to rent out the property and will not be around to show me the property in person.
