Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was looking for a good deal on a cordless drill and something for my son’s birthday when I found a website called retsho.com. I found what I was looking for and everything was 11.95! I made my purchase feeling at ease because of all the "endorsements" posted all over the site. It even had the logo for PayPal and showed that they accepted it and many other types of payment. There was A LOT of time and effort put into this website. When I received my confirmation email I noticed the only contact information was a gmail address. Turns out they have a lot of these websites where everything is one price and no one receives their order. Now they have my name, address, email address, phone number and credit card information.
