Type of a scam Online Purchase

My husband completed a survey for Shaw and the website popped up offering free facial products – just have to pay the S&H of $5.97. I admittedly thought that this was an attempt to get us into a monthly auto payment program. However, the products came and we opened the package and I waited for a notification about a monthly delivery. None came. Instead, we noticed 2 fees of $179.95 and $189.98 on our credit card. There was however, the phone number and my husband phoned them immediately and told them to discontinue forthwith, otherwise we were phoning the police. Unfortunately, because we had opened the product, they said we had to pay some money for the product. we eventually got $60 per product back in rebate. This website still pops up. Shaw have no control over it and say it’s a scam
