Today resume Genius ripped me off and charge me $39.95 for services I’ve never gotten and did not ask for. I paid $1.95 so I could copy my resume and cover letter. I received my receipt with no mention of being charged a $39 fee after 14 days. When I called to complain, the 1st thing she did was say let me give you your confirmation number for canceling and then I’ll explain. After she explained I asked for a refund and she became very rude and nasty telling me this was my fault.
