At a seminar they promise to educate one on one, give all the tools needed to succeed in Real Estate, Purchase of Deeds, etc. They do not follow through with anything and continue to ask for more money, even after #32,000. They will lie and bully you. Do not fall for these sad type of people who are trained to take your money and have no remorse. You will also not see the people again who lied to your face. Oh yes, they tell you they will but you wont. Nor do they answer your calls. You will find may complaints throughout different states on them!
