Type of a scam Travel/Vacations

You receive a call claiming to be marriott (for which we have traveled with special packages so seemed ligit) then when you ask is this marriott they say no that is a company we work with. They offer packages and deals and negotiate prices if you say no, then they give you a pngage that looks legit and numbers that actually sound like customer service numbers, etc. Then they claim they will send an email, which does not arrive and they ask you to send a copy of photo id. which i refused to do but that was after they had my credit card. I tried to cancel it but am in depute. Is there any way to stop these guys and get our money back?
