The Agent Andrew Carnell call on Nov/2016 promise to give me a listing worth 670K, I need to pay 499.00 to have access to the website. I did a BPO, in Dec 2016, the listing didn’t give to me after 4 months. I have been in contact with Andrew and he said is almost ready but he ask me to deposit 500.00 more for preservation refundable at closing.
