Purchased a knife sharpener and it said it was to ship 9 – 14 days after purchase. 15 days later I receive a tracking number that says a label has been created, and now another 7 days later the tracking number has not been updated and no product has arrived.

Purchased a sofa cover. It turned up and is the wrong size. Have sent 6 emails requesting return authorisation.
Had 1 reply – Asking me to stop sending requests.
