Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was in the middle of placing an online order for a grocery delivery company when the ad popped up. I tried to get rid of it and it would not disappear. When I finally, out of desperation, clicked on it, I had ordered Omega 100. This was going to have a monthly recurring charge. Another pop up occurred. I had already ordered two different items by clicking on the two separate pop ups to try to get out of this mess, so I did not click again. I did not receive the product within a week and had only two weeks to return the product so I called the above number they provided. The person, Alex, who answered the phone told me they do not handle that product. I think this was a scam. This was the second pop up ad and both had the same phone number and the person who answered, Alex, told me he knows nothing about either product.
