I ordered a pressure washer hose adapter online over 3 weeks ago and I received an email saying that it had been shipped. When I look up the tracking code or number it is unable to find the package as it says it was shipped from China and can no longer track it in the states. I went on the website and tried to call the manufacturer or supplier at the contact us number and the phone number is invalid.
