Type of a scam Nigerian/Foreign Money Exchange

ScamPulse.com received a fax from Redfern Solicitors advising us of an unclaimed permanent life insurance policy held by a deceased client. The fax indicates there is a "Payable on Death (POD) savings monetary deposit in the sum of $9 million twenty thousand with a Reputable Bank. The fax asks us to be in partnership for the claim, 10% to charity, adn split the rest. It says it is 100% risk free and requires a high level of confidentiality.
