I ordered both my little girls each a beautiful doll and paid via PayPal. We then went online again to search how long delivery would take and we find many posting about this company! I tried to call them and no one answered at all!! PayPal will not block the payment and I lost 168$ to these stupid scammers.

I ordered a baby doll from this company on March 31st. I still have not received the doll. It said the shipping info was sent to FedEx on April 15th, but FedEx has not received the package. I emailed the company and they keep telling me it has shipped. The shipping number still says the package has not been received.

My girlfriend and I purchased a reborn doll for our niece and when the doll came 3 months later it was not even close to what was described. The doll was supposed to be full silicone, hand made and hand painted, which justified spending over $100 on it. What we received was a cheaply made doll that didn’t match the picture or description advertised. After feeling cheated we searched google for a “reborn doll store scam” and hundreds of others had the same thing happen to them. Their customer service refuses to refund the money for the doll and can’t produce the dolls described on their website. Please stop this scam!

This is a reborn doll shop. I purchased two reborn dolls from them through PayPal. They wouldn’t reply to anything I sent upon checking reviews on their fb page everyone claims it’s a scam. I cannot get my money back and they will not reply to anything I send to them or cooperate with PayPal. After filing a claim through pay pal I finally received two EMPTY boxes full of bubble wrap inside the wrap was a rock!!!

I purchased a reborn Baby doll "Journey" from this website using Paypal on 10/23/19. I received email confirmation of my order. On 11/15/19 I was notified of shipping of this order and that it would take 10-14 days. On 11/22 I received notice from the seller instructing my doll was on the way. On 12/4 when my doll hadn’t arrived I contacted the seller only to get a tracking number going to another state. I finally contacted paypal assuming I was not getting my product. The doll came that night. But the doll is not anywhere near the doll I ordered. I have pictures of what I ordered, documentation between me and the seller, and what came. The doll was supposed to be completely silicone and I got partial cloth, the doll had very little hair on the order, this one has gross thick hair. The dolls skins I received is gross. I will not give this product to my daughter. They messaged me back and said, we apologize that you got something that is not in good condition and offered me $20 and an outfit for the baby. On their website they guarantee satisfaction. Reading others posts and finding out that they have multiple websites that take real artists reborn doll pictures and scam everyone who purchases from them sending them either no doll or something that is hideous and poorly made.
