I placed order # *** for two palm trees on April 17,2018. Credit card was immediately charged $385.72 and an email invoice was sent stating that trees would ship in 48-72 hrs and a UPS tracking number would be sent as soon as the trees shipped. Eight days later, no email or tracking number. Attempted to contact customer service by email four times with no response. Called company multiple times over a five day period and all calls go to voicemail with the message "mailbox is full. The charge is currently under dispute with my credit card company.

This website appears to be a scam. I ordered two palm trees, my payment was processed, but the trees were never shipped. Telephone number listed leads to a phone extension that just rings and rings. The email listed for customer service comes back undeliverable. Search on Google Earth suggests the listed address is a mail drop at a UPS store.
