We ordered a pet print online 12/6/19, their site claimed it would be delivered before Christmas. We didn’t even get the proof to review until 12/21/19. We never did get the print that was ordered. They were quick to accept the order and take our money but failed to respond to 4 emails we sent asking about the order. We lost $48 to this scam.

Once we started looking them up online through other sources we found out they have done this to many many people. They are fast to accept orders and take money but then never deliver the promised product or even respond to customers, so clearly are just scamming people. Did someone say Karma…

They failed to respond to my four e-mails. I tried contacting them through their website and e-mail address, but I received no response. The print never arrived.

I placed an online order for a custom pet renaissance poster in early-mid November, 2019. Before placing the order, I did my due-diligence to ensure this company was legitimate. I found no negative reviews or complaints, so I proceeded with my order. When the order was placed, the website guaranteed delivery by Christmas, but later added a disclosure stating the rise in sales during the holidays could cause a delay in product receiving. Shortly thereafter, I recieved an email addressed to a different person, and then a subsequent email apologizing for the error and ensuring they had my correct order. I was unable to reply to either email. By late December, after numerous contact attempts had failed, I assumed the rise of business had caused the delay. However, I still had not recieved any kind of response regarding the status of my order. Christmas came and went. On 12/27/19, I finally recieved my proof and immediately approved the image. I recieved no further communication, no confirmation of shipping, etc. I have made many more attempts to contact them, both through email and online fillable forms, to no avail. It appears I have been completely ghosted and will never receive my product. I was, however, charged for it as soon as I placed the order. Once I had concluded that I had been scammed, I googled the company again only to find dozens upon dozens of other people just like me who had to take a loss because of this fraudulent company.

They immediately charged our credit card. It has been two months since we placed this order. Clearly multiple people have experienced the same issue. This companies website and social media accounts need to be shut down ASAP.

Real pet art is a scam website. I ordered a gift for my friend for almost 3 weeks and I never received any confirmation about my order. I emailed them twice and got no response. I checked their address on their site and it takes me a post office in Florida. Their IG/FB linked are also no accurate. They provide no phone number and have no section in trying to find the status of your order.
