I purchased and item from rcleansing, a laser hair removal device, on July 8th. I emailed them 3 weeks afterwards to follow up on my purchase as I still had not received a tracking number or shipping information. They sent me a generic covid response asking for my patience. I emailed them 3 more times afterwards asking for a refund and they are not responding to my emails or requests for a refund. They have not sent me the "product" I ordered and I have found several other reviews with similar situations as well due to the company’s poor business practices.
